Ann Vanden Wyngaerd holds a Master Degree and Ph.D in Biochemistry from the Sciences department at the KU Leuven University, Belgium. Starting in the Diagnostics field, she built up experience in sales, marketing and introduction of new concepts in domains of Transplantation, Cardiology, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Drugs-of-Abuse testing and Cardiology at Siemens Healthcare. Complimentary to Diagnostics, she switched her professional area towards the pharmaceutical industry, where she built up 10 years of Marketing experience at Novartis Pharma in Transplantation and developed specific Patient Support Programs in Oncology. Actually she combines her scientific, diagnostic and pharma experiences at Remedus as Business Development Manager. Remedus is a nurse company specialized in creating new patient care pathways in the home setting applying new technologies such as telemonitoring in interactive multidisciplinary home care.


Peter van Vooren holds Master’s Degrees in mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering with twenty years of experience in international sales and marketing positions in various ICT companies. Among others, he was General Manager HQ Sales at LMS International, the world market leader in engineering software and consulting in the automotive, aerospace and mechanical industries. Since 2010 he has held several positions at fifthplay, an innovative ICT company focusing on smart home solutions in the energy and healthcare markets.  Currently he is fifthplay’s Sales Director Health.

Frank Verbeek is an autodidact with more than twenty years of experience in international business development positions within a Dutch multinational. He worked in South Korea and Hong Kong in the domain of healthcare in the emerging markets. Four years ago he followed his dream to become an entrepreneur and set up his own company, Gociety. Gociety’s goal is to substantially increase seniors’ ability to live longer at their homes independently and enable caregivers to organize remote care more efficiently. Frank’s ambition is to develop the „Tricoder” for seniors, to enable prevention, early diagnosis and continuous care. As a first step he successfully developed and brought to market the GoLivePhone & GoLiveAssist. Gociety uses a unique transparent working method, built on long term partnerships. It expands and diversifies through new collaborations.

Michael Catrysse holds a Master degree in Electronic Engineering (1998) and a Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering (2004) from the K.U.Leuven University, Belgium. Michael joined Televic in 2013 as Director Technology & Innovation. Before joining Televic, Michael worked as R&D manager and plant manager with the Picanol Group (Belgium). Prior to this, he held positions as researcher (FMTC, Belgium), innovation consultant and project manager (Centexbel, Belgium) and innovation manager (Domo). Michael Catrysse has been involved in several nationally and European funded research projects, both as a participant and a project coordinator. Michael Catrysse is (co)author of more than 30 publications.
